This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted for products purchased from us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation.

You must notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the buyer

Products returned after the allowed return period
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In cases where replacement is possible, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund.
4. Return Shipping

For returns caused by our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For returns due to other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at info@panudachwangnuwon.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
